How to book our property.

Check our availability calendars, send an enquiry stating your required dates and which currency you need your quote to be in.

Request availability

We will respond to you with a price quote and to confirm availability.

If you decide to book our villa, first send us an email or letter stating that you wish to reserve your dates, we will provisionally hold your dates for 5 working days pending receipt of your completed booking form and the reservation deposit of 25% of the price quoted.

You have 4 options on how to pay

1. Send a cheque/check to our home address
2. Send a check to our bank in Florida
3. Bank transfer ( wire ) the funds to our bank in the US or UK
4. Pay by credit card.
5. Paypal.
